Pre-Register for courses

If you want to take advantage of the course package discounts but the courses haven’t been posted on the calendar, you can pre-register, keep a course credit and then apply your credit once more courses become available.

• Discounts will ONLY BE OFFERED when two or more courses are purchased by the same student at the same time, not separately.
• A period starts on the first day of the first class you enroll for, and it finishes 1 year or 2 years after that, depending on the package purchased. You can only enroll for classes within the corresponding period. After the chosen period expires, you may not enroll in any classes that you have left on your package.
• Course cancelations and refunds procedures follow our refund policy. When purchasing a package of 2 or more courses, students may request to withdraw from the course by giving notice at least 3 business days before the first session of the first course. By not giving proper notice, students will receive 85% of fees equivalent to the first course, and 100% of the fees equivalent to any additional courses purchased. There will be no refund of course fees, including the remainder of the first course, and any additional course purchased as a package, 24 hours after the first session of the first course has taken place.
• If you pre-register for a class and you wish to switch to a later date, you may do so at no additional charge provided you give us 3 business days notice before the class starts. By not giving proper notice, a fee of $15 will be charged.
• We do not guarantee a spot on classes unless you enroll early. If a class is full, you may have to wait until the next session starts.
• If enrollment is insufficient we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the class.
